Time for mushrooms

Mushrooms have been a regular part of the Dutch diet since the 1970s. In the Netherlands, mushrooms are cultivated in specially composed substrates in mushroom growing rooms, mostly in the provinces of Limburg, Noord-Brabant and Gelderland.
